  • Zoë Mansbridge is ‘The Lifenergy Coach’ who is passionate about supporting people to tap into their greatness and lead an extraordinary life! Through her business Lifenergy, Zoë helps people achieve their goals, find their passions and realise their dreams, so they feel happier, more confident and fulfilled, energised and content. Zoë has been coaching since 2002 and has a Certificate in Mentoring, a Diploma in NLP and is a member of the International Coach Federation. As well as being a graduate of Anthony Robbins’ Mastery University. Passionate about supporting YOU to live your most fantastic life yet! Zoë is an entrepreneur and mother, based in Halifax, West Yorkshire, U.K., where she lives with her husband and daughter. Zoë’s way of life is all about enjoying the journey and living with passion!

Celebrating Being!

I thought today would be a good day to celebrate being! Just that, nothing else, soaking up the fact that we are these amazing BEings with so much possibility, so much abundance. We have the scope of a rainbow to be as colourful as we choose to be, to shine bright and make the world pause for breath at how stunning we can truly BE.

How are you going to celebrate? I think I'll just keep the 'Smug Smiles' coming in thick and fast (by choosing the great thoughts!) and keep putting out positive ripples in my 'Loving Life Pond'!
