How abundant do you feel right now? How do you start your day? If you feel that things aren't flowing how you would like them to then I highly recommend creating a daily attitude of gratitude.
I'd like to share with you my daily practice which nurtures me and keeps my energy and abundance flowing. It's my G.L.A.D. journal. Every day I write down:
G= What I'm grateful for.
L= What lessons I've learnt, insights I've gained.
A= My achievements, things I'm proud of that happened during my day.
D= My daily diamonds. Those moments that gave me lots of joy, the detail of life, something I've noticed that has stood out and sparkled.
