  • Zoë Mansbridge is ‘The Lifenergy Coach’ who is passionate about supporting people to tap into their greatness and lead an extraordinary life! Through her business Lifenergy, Zoë helps people achieve their goals, find their passions and realise their dreams, so they feel happier, more confident and fulfilled, energised and content. Zoë has been coaching since 2002 and has a Certificate in Mentoring, a Diploma in NLP and is a member of the International Coach Federation. As well as being a graduate of Anthony Robbins’ Mastery University. Passionate about supporting YOU to live your most fantastic life yet! Zoë is an entrepreneur and mother, based in Halifax, West Yorkshire, U.K., where she lives with her husband and daughter. Zoë’s way of life is all about enjoying the journey and living with passion!

Reasons to be cheerful by Ian Dury
Summer, Buddy Holly, the working folly
Good golly Miss Molly and boats
Hammersmith Palais, the Bolshoi Ballet
Jump back in the alley and nanny goats

I thought I would share some of my reasons to be cheerful with you.

  • Walks along the canal
  • Views
  • Games to play on the way to school
  • Knowing inspiring and like-minded people
  • Feeling joyful - everyday!
  • Biddy birds feeding

In fact my list could go on and on, I have that much to be grateful and cheerful for!
