Hi Zoe,
I took time out to try your energy boost today - you're right, something very simple can really make a big difference in a busy day.
I look forward to trying out more of your great ideas!

PS: I love the sound of 'energytreats'

Zoe

Thank you Kim,
I'm glad you found the energy boost helpful. I know it might seem small and simple but often I find it's those little things that make the difference.

I look forward to sharing more of my energy boosts with you over the course of time. Plus I look forward to elaborating a bit more on 'energytreats' in a future post.

Warmest wishes,
Zoe

Congratulations on your new blog Zoe. I loved your recharging tips. Amazing what a cup of peppermint tea and a big doze of "doing nothing" can do for a woman's soul, even for just a few minutes.

I look forward to future posts and tips.

Joan
